Miranda Banales serves as the Director of Operations and Training Services for Supervisor Training Network (STN), where she oversees daily operations that support the successful delivery of training programs nationwide. She manages course logistics, supports instructors and clients, develops efficient operational systems, and ensures the high level of organization and customer service that defines the STN experience.

Miranda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and taught in both private and public primary schools, bringing a unique blend of educational experience and insight into human behavior to her role.

With extensive experience in customer service, organizational leadership, and operations, Miranda is passionate about improving efficiency, building strong client and instructor relationships, and creating a seamless training experience.
