Foundations of Supervision for New Fire Service Leaders is an engaging 8-hour course designed to prepare newly promoted and aspiring Fire Captains and company officers with the leadership skills necessary to effectively lead personnel, manage operations, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism. Through practical instruction, real-world fire service scenarios, and proven supervisory strategies, participants learn how to communicate effectively, develop and mentor firefighters, address performance and conduct issues, and build cohesive, high-performing crews that are prepared to serve their communities with excellence.
