Foundations of Supervision for New EMS Leaders is an interactive 8-hour course designed to prepare newly promoted and aspiring EMS supervisors with the leadership skills needed to effectively lead personnel, support clinical excellence, and manage day-to-day operations. Through practical instruction, real-world scenarios, and proven supervisory strategies, participants learn how to communicate effectively, coach and develop employees, foster accountability, navigate challenging personnel issues, and build high-performing teams dedicated to exceptional patient care and organizational success.
